Pixply LTD is committed to maintaining the security of its connected products, mobile applications, firmware, and associated online services.

This Product Security Policy applies to:

Pixply LTD will provide necessary security updates for the products listed above until at least the stated date.

The security-support period may be extended but will not be shortened.

Where necessary, security updates may be delivered through:

Security updates will be provided free of charge during the stated support period where required.

To report a suspected security vulnerability affecting a Pixply product, mobile application, firmware, website, or associated service, contact:

Please include, where possible:

Please do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before Pixply LTD has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.

Pixply LTD will:

acknowledge receipt of a security vulnerability report within 7 calendar days;
provide status updates at least every 14 calendar days until the reported security issue is resolved or closed.

The time required to investigate and resolve a vulnerability will depend on its severity, complexity, and potential effect on customers.
