Refund, Returns and Pre Order Policy

 This Policy applies to all purchases, reservations, deposits, and pre orders made from PIXPLY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16040467 with its registered office at Office One 1 Coldbath Square, Farringdon, London, United Kingdom, EC1R 5HL referred to as Company, We, Us, Our.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
1.1 Free Reservations
Free reservations do not create a purchase obligation and may be cancelled at any time.
1.2 Paid Deposits
A paid deposit secures priority access to purchase a product. A deposit does not guarantee delivery date.
Deposits are:
• Fully refundable before final balance payment is requested; or
• Non refundable after production allocation has been confirmed and the final payment window has opened, unless required by law.
If a customer fails to complete the remaining balance within the specified deadline, the order may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
2. PRE ORDERS
2.1 Nature of Pre Orders
A pre order involves advance payment for a product not yet available for immediate shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
2.2 Cancellation Before Production Allocation
Pre orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production allocation or dispatch preparation begins.
2.3 Cancellation After Production Allocation
Once production allocation or fulfillment processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to reasonable administrative or production costs, unless required by law.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
Standard purchases may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the physical goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@pixply.io within the 14 day period.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For customers outside the United Kingdom and European Union, return rights are governed by this Policy and applicable local law.
5. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return:
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• All accessories and packaging must be included
• Product must not show signs of misuse or damage
We may refuse refunds for items returned damaged, incomplete, or showing excessive use. If a returned product does not meet the return conditions, the return may be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost if they wish to have the item sent back to them.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If confirmed:
• We will repair or replace the product; or
• Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
Return shipping for confirmed defects will be covered by the Company where required by law.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, IN APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Digital content, in app purchases, downloadable products, and subscriptions are generally non refundable once access has been granted or service has commenced, unless required by applicable law.
If a subscription is cancelled, access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
8. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return unless required by law:
• Digital content once accessed or downloaded
• Deposits forfeited under Section 1
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
• Items returned outside statutory withdrawal periods
9. FAILED DELIVERIES AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or refusal without valid reason, original shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
If reshipment is requested, additional shipping fees may apply.
10. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Business purchases may not be entitled to statutory withdrawal rights available to consumers, unless otherwise required by law.
11. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
We are not responsible for currency exchange differences or third party transaction fees.
Processing times may vary depending on payment provider.
