This Warranty Policy applies to hardware products sold by PIXPLY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16040467 with its registered office at Office One 1 Coldbath Square, Farringdon, London, United Kingdom, EC1R 5HL referred to as Company, We, Us, Our.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
PIXPLY LTD provides a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery for hardware products purchased directly from PIXPLY LTD or an authorized reseller.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. WHAT IS COVERED
The warranty covers: • Defects in materials • Defects in workmanship • Functional hardware failures not caused by misuse
3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling • Unauthorized modifications or repairs • Damage caused by external factors including water exposure, extreme heat, impact, or electrical surges • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage • Software issues not directly caused by hardware defects • Digital services, subscriptions, in app purchases, or downloadable content • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
4. SOFTWARE AND DIGITAL SERVICES
Software, firmware, mobile applications, and digital services are provided under license and are not covered by this hardware warranty.
Digital services may be updated, modified, or discontinued in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To submit a warranty claim, you must: • Contact support@pixply.io • Provide proof of purchase • Provide a description of the issue • Provide photos or videos if requested
We may require troubleshooting steps before approving a claim.
If a claim is approved, we may at our discretion: • Repair the product • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model • Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible
6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
If a warranty claim is confirmed as valid: • We will cover reasonable shipping costs where required by law
If a product is returned and found not to be defective: • You may be responsible for return shipping costs
7. REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
8. TRANSFERABILITY
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable, unless required by applicable law.
9. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
This limited warranty is provided in addition to statutory consumer rights and does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
